  • As a leader I was often frustrated by evidence-based practices not being implemented the way they should or they weren’t as effective as I wanted them to be. Then I discovered implementation science! We will cover the importance and process of how to use implementation science for more robust, lasting youth outcomes.

  • The interconnected systems framework provides a foundation to integrate and streamline mental health services. Kym will give real life examples of how this framework has been put into practice across school districts and community mental health centers.

  • Behavior is biological. We will uncover how, stress, trauma, and resilience are primed through our nervous system from birth to adulthood and what we can do to use this neuroscience in applied practice settings with youth.
