Resilient Minds Consulting
was founded by Kymberly Caddell, LCSW a dedicated clinical social worker and emerging Educational Psychologist currently completing her PhD dissertation. With nearly two decades of experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse youth and families, Kymberly has served in a wide range of school and community settings.

Her career has included roles as a School Social Worker in Nebraska and as a State Trainer for School Mental Health in Kansas. She has led 22 before- and after-school programs by collaborating closely with schools, and contributed to applied early childhood research. Kymberly’s work has also spanned to multiple youth-serving organizations—from inpatient adolescent substance abuse treatment and an emergency shelter for houseless foster youth to a group home for children with intellectual disabilities, early childcare settings, and serving as a mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters for 7 years.

Moreover, Kymberly's most profound insights have come from her own personal journey of healing. Having experienced more childhood trauma than 90% of the U.S. population, she has navigated an arduous path toward resilience and recovery. Through this deeply personal work, she has cultivated her own healing, allowing her to authentically model resilience and inspire others on their own paths to wellness.

This breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding of the full spectrum of youth and adult mental health needs, positioning her to drive impactful, systems-level change in school and community organizations through Resilient Minds Consulting.
