Building Resilient Minds
Supporting Professionals. Transforming Systems. Advancing Youth Well-Being
Who We Are
Building Resilient Minds partners with schools and youth serving organizations to create environments that promote the mental health and well-being of both youth and adults. We focus on supporting those who support others—leaders, educators, staff, and service providers—by equipping them with practical, everyday strategies as well as guiding deeper systems transformation. . Building Resilient Minds is lead by Kymberly Caddell, LCSW. She is a clinical social worker with nearly two decades of experience in youth work in non profits and schools including ten years of training experience and five years of leadership experience.
Who We Serve
We serve schools, before and after school programs, early learning centers and childcares, and child serving organizations who are ready to improve the well-being of themselves, their staff, and the students or clients they serve.
What We Do
We provide professional development to increase staff, student and client well-being, guide leaders in systems change to increase lasting youth outcomes, and support data and evaluation efforts to showcase the great work you are doing and provide insights to better services to students and clients. Our founder, Kymberly Caddell, LCSW also engages audiences in guest speaking.
