These consultations are created for school and afterschool administrators and leaders. Participants will explore the five core elements of Trauma Responsive MTSS that guide implementation, assure deepened relationships among staff and youth that lead to better outcomes. These include use of discipline data, exploration of discipline policies, evidence-based, trauma responsive practices at the Tier 1, 2, and 3 level, leading from a trauma responsive lens, and embodying trauma responsive care.
