How to facilitate trauma-responsive training for staff in their programs or schools
Best practices for implementation that stick
Strategies for ongoing support to refine policies and practices
Teach others how to respond—rather than react—to behaviors, trauma, and crises
Focus is on connection through a Polyvagal Lens
Grounded in Implementation Science
This training uses an implementation science framework, paired with follow-up coaching sessions, to ensure learning turns into lasting action. Coaching sessions will help participants:
Apply practices effectively in real settings
Set measurable goals and track progress
Use data to guide decision-making
Problem-solve implementation challenges
Adapt practices to meet the unique needs of each school or site
Who Should Attend
School-based leaders and mental health staff ready to take trauma-responsive practices to the next level and train others in their community.
Prerequisite
