Ever had a great idea or an amazing evidence-based practice you wanted to implement, but you didn’t know how, it didn’t turn out the way you wanted or outcomes were much lower than anticipated? Consultations will guide program and school administrators through the process of using Implementation Science to take a research or evidence-based practice and apply a process of implementation in a real world context. Leaders will examine the best ways to choose a practice that fits with their school or organization, develop streamlined communication plans, build an implementation team, along with using the Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) cycle to assure understanding of and adherence to the new practice(s)
