Behavior Management Trainings

Behavior Management 101 (1.5 hours)

This training is for staff who are very new to working with youth. We will cover strategies regarding structure, clear limits, active supervision, developing positive reinforcement systems, and consequences. It is hands on, active and incorporates real life examples

Behavior Management 201 (1.5 hours)

This training is for staff who have some experience working  with youth. We will cover co-regulation, secondary traumatic stress and burnout, how to prevent crises and de-escalate students, handling difficult student disclosure, along with problem-solving real-life scenarios that participants are struggling with

Behavior Management 301 (1.5 hours)

An advanced training for well-seasoned staff and/or beginning leaders. We will cover collecting behavior data,  tailored and individualized interventions including behavior plans, communication with parents, collaboration with the program/school administrators, and community resources along with problem-solving real-life scenarios.

Behavior Management 401 (2 hours)

The most advanced training designed for newer leaders. We will discuss creating a culture of positive discipline, empowering your staff with behavior strategies, motivating staff, and holding staff accountable to expectations.
