This training is for staff who are very new to working with youth. We will cover:

This training is designed for staff with some experience working with youth. Topics include:
Co-regulation
Secondary traumatic stress and burnout
Crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques
Managing difficult student disclosures
Collaborative problem-solving of real-life scenarios participants face.
Behavior Management 301
An advanced training for well-seasoned staff and/or beginning leaders. We will cover:
Collecting behavior data
Tailored and individualized interventions including behavior plans
Communication with parents
Collaboration with the program/school administrators and community resources
Problem-solving real-life scenarios.
Behavior Management 401
The most advanced training designed for newer leaders. We will discuss:
Creating a culture of positive discipline
Empowering your staff with behavior strategies
Motivating staff
Holding staff accountable to expectations.
